… on a coffee farm in the Ecuadorian Andes — surrounded by coffee plants, ripe cherries, and people who truly live coffee. That experience changed everything.
Today, we look back on more than ten years of experience in the specialty coffee world — as an SCA-certified barista, IHK-certified roaster, host, and connector. We know coffee from plant to cup — and, most importantly, the people behind it.
For us, coffee is more than caffeine. It is community, culture, and conscious enjoyment.

The Founder
Hi, I’m Simon — founder of TITO Coffee.
Driven by my passion for specialty coffee, I founded TITO Coffee after nearly ten years in the industry, with the goal of making specialty coffee accessible and tangible for more people.
My journey includes:
- Visiting and working on coffee farms in producing countries
- Barista certification through the SCA
- IHK-certified Master Roaster
- Opening a café in Berlin
- Selling coffee machines and equipment
- Hosting courses and professional trainings
- Thousands of conversations over countless cups of coffee
These experiences, combined with my passion for hospitality and genuine guest experience, led to the creation of TITO Coffee Catering.
With our mobile coffee bar, we bring professional barista service to events, trade fairs, and private celebrations.
